The OnePlus Buds Z2 offers three MICs on each bud that enable the earbuds to detect and analyse the background sound in your environment.

The Active Noise Cancellation feature with the device activates it with noise cancelling counter frequencies. That goes up to 40 dB noise reduction. With reduced ambient noise, it gives excellent clarity with transparency mode.

The TWS earphones are equipped with 11mm dynamic audio drivers coupled with triple MIC and great noise cancellation allows you to have a better communication.

The basic touch controls that comes are used for call management and playback.

As far as sweat and dust resistance are concerned, the OnePlus Buds Z2 are IP55 rated. I hope this should provide strong resistance against the earbuds getting too wet and wild.

Coming to the battery life, the charging case of the TWS earbuds is has 520mAh battery. This claims to offer 38 hours of battery life per single charge, if you don’t Active Noise Cancellation.

That said, the device offers 27 hours of playback time with Active Noise Cancellation on. Buds only have 5 hours of playtime as claimed.

The company also says the OnePlus Buds Z2 are equipped with flash charge feature. That means if you charge your earphones’ case for 10 minutes, you play music for as long as 5 hours.

At the same time it also claims that you can listen for 2 hours with 10 minutes charging if you keep the ANC feature on. But does lack wireless charging features.

Since the OnePlus Buds Z2 are equipped with triple MICs, it’s expected to analyse the ambient sound in your surroundings and offer to reducing environmental sound by upto 30dB.

The OnePlus claims, the buds have all three format of sound modes, cinematic, immersive music and mobile gaming to give best class performance.

The OnePlus Buds Z2 come with Bluetooth technology version 5.2. That said, it is claimed that with the latest Bluetooth connectivity the earphones offer low latency of 94ms.

On the other hand, its forgone predecessor had the latency of 103ms. Therefore, Buds Z2 should offer seamless connectivity with your device.
